Slipknot
Vol. 3: The Subliminal Verses | Rated:
After the overlong and ridiculously boring Iowa, Slipknot returned with a slightly more adventurous offering. Vol 3: The Subliminal Verses isn't exactly avant-garde, but it does feature more than the samey downtuned riffs and barked vocals of the previous album. There is no shortage of that here, the likes of "The Blister Exists" and "Pulse Of The Maggots" being pretty much business as usual for Slipknot, but here the heavier tracks are more effective due to them being tem...
